Freeman Da Gospel Rapper was born Carlos Stewart on June 26 Born & raised in Washington DC.He has two sisters, growing up in DC it was difficult to really keep focus on Jesus because of the environment that he was surrounded around. Going to church often due to his mom forcing him to go he begin to stray away from the Bible & anything that had to with Church. While out there in the world Carlos became hooked on weed, sex, joaning (talking bad about ppl), & being disrespectful. After graduating high school in 2002 Carlos begin to gain a closer relationship with Jesus after his grandmother passed. In late 2003 he began to go to Church more because the same things he was struggling with began to take a toll on his life, so he wanted a change in life that could have only come from Jesus. In Mid 2004 Carlos re-dedicated his life to Jesus in Largo, MD. Once he accepted Jesus into his life all over again he begin to walk into his calling to preach the Gospel, after preaching the Gospel the Holy spirit put a desire to seek Jesus more & Carlos has been born again for over 5yrs. He thanks his mom for making him go to church even when he didnt want to that made him the man that he is today. Carlos Stewart is married to Monica Stewart as of Jan.1st 2010

After studying on his he found out that Carlos means "Freeman" once finding this out the Holy spirit showed him 1st Corinthians 7:22"For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant" Carlos started Gospel Rapping for over 1yr & his dedicated everything to Jesus. Carlos received a vision from Jesus to call his recording company "Repent Records"
