About HPR!
We are on Small Town Records and our Debut Album is OUT NOW!!!!. Please buy a copy!
In the few years we've been around we've managed to share the stage with the likes of Enter Shikari, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Zebrahead, My Awesome Compilation, Brigade, Frank Turner, The Charlatans, Blood Red Shoes, Flood of Red, Dartz!, The Ghost of a Thousand, You me at 6, 80's Matchbox B-line Disaster etc
We play a range of genres merged into one mixing odd timings with catchy chorus's and an exciting live show.
weve had some amazing reviews over the last few years!
'Coming across like some hybrid of Fugazi, ATDI, Bloc Party and Snapcase?, they mix driving, heavy guitars with intricate picking and screamed/shouted vocals' DIE, SHELLSUIT, DIE.

'HPR do it very well, making the style very listenable and enjoyable without being too weird and make the average listener switch off in confusion. ' 7/10 PUNKSCENE

'The sampler shows just how versatile and inventive HPR are across just a few songs. First track proper I am woodenbox is just magical.' 8/10 EAST MAGAZINE

'Competent, creative and with enough pizzazz to blow Horse, The Band or The Fall Of Troy out the water, HPR are now so close they must be able to taste the big time. Watch them fly.' MODERATE ROCK

'From their first track ortni (intro backwards) you know you listening to something completely different and highly experimental. Then without knowing it youre thrown into the second track bugz feck off, a mix of powerful screams from front man Jake Armstrong combined with intense break downs which leave you stunned.' UP IN LIGHS ONLINE

'Alternative and Ambient songs which are so melodic theyll be on your mind all week, this EP has not only shown each members talent but how they have merged this together to create something special.' 7/10 FRESHMAG UK
________________________
'Energetic as ever, its impossible to fault the effort these guys put in.' 'HPR A typical energetic performance, theyre very good at what they do.''I expected HPR to be tight and full of beans. They delivered.' TW FORUM REVIEW

'But from the first song they played, this five-piece proved what their band is all about. With elements from each genre from post-hardcore to experimental to punk its an honest, original sound that might not have appealed to everyone, but did.' 4/5 MESSAMUSIC.CO.UK
________________________
'you'd be an idiot to cast doubt over their sheer potential.' 4/5 DISTORT RECORDS
________________________
'Their demo is the sort which leaves you wanting more and imagining just how great they must be live.' THE ACRYLIC TOMTOM

'HPR played a very good set, including a new song (Yorkshire), the structure consisted of tapping guitar parts with some heavy breakdowns and a slice of electro. Similar to At the Drive In and Minus the bear, one of the most original bands in the local music scene. Watch out for this band!' BACKBEATBANDS

'HPR were a good live band'6/10 POWPOWPOW.COM
________________________
'Its not a bunch of kids that have barely strayed from the instrument teachers teachings...NO! Its detailed, structured song-writing at its best.' HOT NEW BANDS

'Fearlessly experimental and talented these young boyz made everyone in the vicinity shut up and pay attention. Basically they get it spot on with musical ideas that are seemingly ridiculous in brilliantly titled songs such as 'OrangutangOrang' and 'I Am Woodenbox'.'DISORDER MAGAZINE

'One of the maddest bands we`ve ever seen! Really, but their musics good so you`ll be sure to hear them alot we guess.'HITZRADIO UNIGNED
