Pause Break Riot - Retro

A song which pleases you by doing exactly what it says on the tin. Prepare to be taken back in time. This quirky little Madness-meets-dance number is an excellent song for a night out with its catchy tune, strong beat, and easy to remember lyrics. It's you. It's your friends. It's a busy nightclub dance floor any given Friday.

There's something endearing about the nostalgic tone they’ve chosen lyrically for the song, too. Although it could be argued there are a few issues with clashing pitches 'Retro' also gets 10/10 here for technical execution.

Being honest I'd have to say that Pause Break. Riot!'s style of music is not my bag. Credit where it's due for hard work however. It was difficult not to tune into the sentiment of this song which manages to work its way oh so effortlessly into your head.
